Proof reading

The day begins with the joy of proof reading three pieces of direct mail - that after a quick trip to the local hospital for a blood test. By lunch, the level of excitement will be hard to deal with. Some days are like this.

Learning Again

After reading background information and playing around with Word, I think I will have some good things to say in the blog section of New Technologies.

A normal morning

Well - after a week of traveling, visiting and meeting, this was the first "normal" morning - up early and off to exercise for an hour watching everyone in the neighborhood drive off to work. Workout felt good - it is remarkable how dark it is at 6 am now that daylight savings time has arrived.

Too many air miles

This has been a good day - all of it spent in my home office with my computers getting work done - too many of the days in this last week were spent completing -- or suffering thru -- air travel. Many have said it before: air travel was once really fun - and an adventure. Now, it is a series of delays, lines, questionable security procedures and uncomfortable seats. Have you ever wondered why no one offers to sell you an airplane seat for your home? Maybe somewhere you can buy them so you can have your butt get sore at home - but, enough of looking back. For the rest of the week, I'm here getting work done - tomorrow we will be able to tell a client that a project I could not imagine was feasible just might work. But more about that as the week progresses.
